For clients who need to preserve cash and still get a good deal on furniture, we are often able to offer short-term lease financing options. This option is available to qualified clients for one or two 2 year lease periods with a 33% down payment. Our lease rates and terms are competitive and vary based on your company’s financials. Most typically our furniture leases offer $1 buy-out options at the end of the lease period. It’s your choice whether to exercise that option, extend the lease term at a much lower rate for additional six month or one year periods, or simply return the product to us at the end of lease.
